Definitely better options for gyms in town !!
Moving to Kelowna. The only sad part is leaving this gym — I really enjoyed training here. Great environment with friendly staff and members! Just a small note: I noticed Instagram story sharing or tagging the gym page doesn’t always seem to work! Best gym in Kamloops!
There has been a sudden decline here in the last few weeks . Machines go down and take weeks, not days to repair . More stations down than in the past. A ton of people I used to see every day seem to be gone? I really want this gym to succeed. I have been a loyal member for many years. I don’t want to go anywhere else. But if you don’t reinvest….TBF they recently put money into the boot camp/multipurpose room, so that could be what is going on and if so fair enough I guess.
My favourite gym in town! I honestly never liked going to the gym until I found this place. The staff are super friendly and even the other members are friendly too. Absolutely love the womens only section. I actually look forward to going to the gym now and would reccomend this place to anybody.
I’ve been a member of this gym for over 15 years, and it’s disappointing to say that the quality has noticeably declined over the last 3–4 years. This gym used to stand out because the owners were present daily, actively helping at the front desk, working with clients on proper technique, and ensuring equipment was respected and maintained.
