We have an Alpha model cart and we love it. We had some problems with the paint; it was not their fault it was a parts manufacturing problem...but No Limit Golf Carts in Sevierville took care of it for us.. It looks great and we are very happy.
Not happy at all with customer resolution and services two issues without results after spending overn $7200 on golf cart purchased less than two years ago. Called over 10 times in last 2 days with no response and now mailbox is full does not speak well of this company yikes now will have lawyer and better business bureaus get involved and yes my warranty covers 4 years. Will,l keep posting on resolutions (if any and when).
I rented a cart from the location on Lovell road. The staff there were amazing! And went way out of there way to help and make everything easy!
I had a problem with cart and after management both prior and present looked into the situation it was immediately taken care of. Sometimes people including myself will post a review a little prior to the final results have been taken care of. I thank the management of No Limits for the time and for the quick service of a problem with my cart. Yes I would do business with them in the future after being treated fairly and the knowledge of the service dept. in their performance.
