Called to speak with the artist that had done 2 of my previous tats, the rude girl who answered the phone says “he no longer works here.” And hung up! No would you like to speak with someone else, nothing.... guess I’ll take my business somewhere else now, cause apparently they don’t want or need it.
Loved the service the prices are great. And Chris is the best tattoo artist I’ve ever encountered. Definitely recommend this place to everyone wanting there tattoos done right .

We called about nose piercing for my daughter there was no heads up that as a minor she needed paperwork we get there and have to turn around bc an "ID" was needed. We return a 2nd time with her passport and was then told she needed both her birth certificate AND passport even though we have the same last name as mother and daughter. Felt very misinformed and front desk person was not very clear, poor communication skills. We ended up going to timeless tattoo and had a wonderful experience, I will never recommend this place ... read more
