KATHY IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL. Reading the review below, I agree Kathy does need to be investigated and audited. She just asked us to meet up at a gas station with cash to make a $420 overdue payment, but would not provide any receipt or documentation of the past due amount. I would pay attention to all the reviews below before using this place.
AVOID AVOID AVOID KATHY is extremely unprofessional and rude. Extremely rude when trying to ask questions about billing. Just threatens to report non-compliance. We asked for a copy of the original contract we signed. Kathy refused to send us a copy of a signed contract with them since they were not up front about fees with us (they did not have one). Trying to get a simple copy of a contract we supposedly have an obligation to pay $680 on. We are willing to pay any bills we actually owe but refusing to be upfront or show u... read more
Kathy is unprofessional and not in anyway someone I would ever recommend to another person or buisness to receive help. She needs to be investigated and audited by the state. She doesnt remember anything she use to flip out and start calling my brother a different name talking about how he missed his appointment time when he never had an appointment to meet her that day. KATHY was my probation officer. She was amazing. Help me with tools groups other resources. I strongly suggest this resource for anybody that is in need. They are an amazing team. Highly recommended.
i was with them for 2 years and it was great!, kathy was super helpful, if i had money problems she would help me sort it out or point me into the right direction, always answered my calls and any questions that i had, always asked about me and how i was doing personally and tried to help any way she could, never had a problem with her and we always had a great talk! and they guy that does the weekly meetings i think jason its his name, he is such a cool guy! super helpful giving other perspectives, always laughed and learn ... read more
