Kathy is an awesome human being. She helped me with everything I needed and she cared how I was doing as a person. I am glad that I was able to cross paths with her in life.
Kathy lacks professionalism she does not provide a safe and professional environment for those who receive services. Confidentiality is the fundamental aspect of any business especially a business such as Private Probation dealing with such personal and private issues. Kathy Falls far from short from the standard. It is inappropriate that there is not the same gender giving urinalysis testing in fact it is Kathy that conducts them male or female.
