Is negative stars an option? I went up there in April to meet some guy that didn't bother to introduce himself. He sat there and told me "oh yea I'll be there all day Thursday!" THE DAY WE AGREED ON THAT I PAID 60 DOLLARS UP FRONT FOR. I was having trouble explaining what i wanted so i finally found a reference photo. I was busy and had my mom go up there to show them. I got two tattoos here about a year ago—one had to be covered up and fixed by a different artist, and I begin tattoo removal on the second today. Terrible line work, and when I contacted the shop, their only solution was to thicken the tattoo to a MUCH larger tattoo than I wanted, and they were less than concerned with making this right. In fairness, making this larger was the only option they had, given the line work is twice as thick on one side as it is on the other. First visit tonight and it was great! The shop is clean and everyone there is so nice. My tattoo artist could tell I was nervous and made the whole experience fun and easy. I can’t wait to be back!!
