Not rating it based on tattoo because I haven't ever got one from here. However I frequent downtown Monroe and it appears that employees are paid to stand out front lingering and smoking cigarettes. I don't think I have ever walked by the store without 2-4 employees out front smoking and chatting it up. Not to mention families with kids are walking the strip all the time being subjected to second hand smoke when they have to pass this store.
