We needed a new mattress to replace one that was at least 18 years old. The staff was very helpful, she helped us find the best one for our budget and when the box spring wasn't available, she got us an upgrade one and delivered it just a couple days later. Took our old one away for no extra cost and helped set the new one up, including several trips up and down our tri-level home's staircase. We had a great experience! There's a large and great variety of mattresses and we were able to take ample time to pick the right one. Carol was great and very helpful. Delivery was next day and prompt - we wee able to get the delivery when it was convenient to us.
When I went into the store I got greeted immediately and was shown how the floor layout was set up in pricing . I was helped to find the bed I wanted and the whole process was fast and great . Can not wait until delivery.
This was my second time purchasing from Mattress Warehouse. The prices,inventory, and timely delivery amazing, but it was the courtesy and friendliness of the well mannered delivery guys who really set the bar. Santos and his helper are one dynamic duo. On delivery day I had a house full happened to be one of those Saturdays but they acknowledged everyone's presence with a warm hello and smiled filled "have a good day!"
