DAN IS THE MAN!!!! We went here on Wednesday night to celebrate our friends, and everything from the service, the food, the speed, and the drinks was impeccable. Our server Dan was lovely. He exhibited great menu knowledge, an upbeat demeanor, and most importantly, genuine care. Everything we asked for was promptly delivered from refills to additional silverware. First thing I am half Italian and grew up on homemade Italian food so we don't really make a habit of eating at Italian restaurants because they never measure up to home made. The Chef's Counter experience was amazing!! We loved all of the courses and the wine picked by Dan was amazing! Definitely will be returning to the restaurant again soon.
