yes communication is hard with her sometimes but she does genuinely try to understand especially if there is a problem, she tries to help at least acting so. oh she was busy so you hung up. I have watched Mia run that business mainly herself M-Sat for over 10yrs without missing a day. so yeah she does get busy thru-fri never heard about loans hmmmm? I called to inquire about their check cashing and the Vietnamese lady stated, “I don’t know, I need to see check but I cannot talk right now”. She acted as if I was a telemarketer?! I hung up ans clearly did not give them my business.
If i could give a fourth of a star i wouldn't put nothing in the star that lady is ignorant and judgmental and the way she was acting is why people be getting hurt
