After reading Katies post. I had the same thing happen here in Spring Creek. They drive their equipment on private propery, the tracks tear up the ground, they leave a mess, I have to mow my yard. They leave equipment on homeowners property. Like the photo I can't mow my property with equipment parked. When they dig trenches they could do it from the street or in the trench. Like she said no warning, no permission was granted. Please stay off our property.
Had a discrepency over some work that was done while installing fiber lines, they were back at my place to fix it less than an hour after I made the call. The guy was nice and explained the issues they were running into with the frost layer, they did what they could for the time being and said to call once it thaws and they would finish the rest.
Pretty disappointing to go to work and come home to find my driveway in shambles and my plants dug up with no notification this was going to happen to run lines atleast make it look decent with no ruts from machines when your done
