Horrible Service. Take forever to respond back. Not very knowledgeable staff and some even rude. Would not recommend.
I paid the exact amount of my note for my first payment a week before deadline on 7th in person at the main office then after several days I noticed check wasn't cashed so called several times and emailed John Lee. After 10 days John Lee emails back saying I was short about $300 with no explanation so the next day I mailed a check for exact amount requested. I called the loan broker and asked why the note agreed upon wasn't enough and he thought it was for real estate taxes and insurance which I opted out of the payment. Now... read more
