No wonder this lender company has only 3.5 star in average. I totally agree with some other reviews about how unprofessional this company is. First call, no one answers, left a voice mail, no one calls back. Call again, this time I was able to talk to someone, I asked her if I can apply to make my payment biweekly. Extremely unprofessional conduct by the assigned AE. I currently have a file with NMSI closing on 11/13. Everything was delayed and the communication was unclear. Throughout this process, I attempted to contact the assigned AE multiple times by phone, but he never answered or returned my calls. I was frustrated and sent him text messages requesting his assistance in obtaining the closing package.
