Great store and customer service
The lady I spoke with and dealt with to repair my sewing machine was super duper nice. I'll admit one of the calls I wasn't very nice because I was mad about something else and I wasn't to pleasant with her, but she remained professional and so nice. I was ashamed of myself and apologized. I was getting my machine repaired and the job was done fast and GREAT. I honestly thought I'd need to purchase another one but no longer. Go visit them they have an awesome store here in Birmingham AL.
