great service This company is fast and reliable, and MUCH less expensive than the alternatives. They don't overcomplicate the eviction process and made me feel at ease.

They saved me, I had tenant that was paying rent, however they were racking up HOA violations and I was about to be fined big bucks! These guys walked me through what they thought would be the best way to try to get them out and it worked. They let me send copies of what they did to the HOA and no fines. Lucky me to have found NMI. They are great!

Great Company – I have been using NMI for over 10 years. Its a small company, but they know what they are taking about. Can't imagine working as a property manager without them.

Excellent Company, used them for years. I am an owner from out of state and had no problems. All evictions that they had handled have gone through expediently. I own a fourplex there in Las vegas, and over a 5 year period they handled a great deal. My opinion, they are a trust worthy company.
