Am deeply disappointed with my treatment by the doctor. Was accepted as a new patient pending the arrival of my medical history from my past physician. I was contacted some time later by one of the staff and told bluntly that the doctor did not want me as a patient. No explanation, nothing. The doctor refused to explain her actions and in fact refused any sort of reply, not even e-mail. The doctors are absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the front desk staff and nurses suck. From the basics of professional customer service and human kindness to the complexities of paperwork and appointment chaos, they suck. My only alternative is to find a new doctor, but that isn’t where the problem is...customer service training is a necessity at this office. In the meantime, I’ll put up with it because I love my dr. �

I've been Dr. Roos' patient for around 40 years and keep going back. We know of lots of GP's but she listens well and treats the whole person. I'd recommend her to anyone.
Best physicians' office I've ever been to. Everyone there is terrific. We have moved further away from their office, but we happily drive the extra miles to go there. Our thanks and best wishes to them!
The best doctors office in my opinion. Staff is friendly, nurses and doctors care. Have referred friends often. Best doctors.
