I've been waiting over a month to get an estimate. I've called many times and left messages, Beware. It looks like a scam. it says on their website that they install Panasonic equipment. I finally got in touch with somebody from there Las Cruces office, and he told me that is not the case. They used some off brand and he says it comes with a 25-year warranty even if they go out of business or if the manufacturer goes out of business, a third-party will warranty it for 25 years, but he cannot tell me who the third party is. Very Wise decision to go Solar
My family and I had a good experience with NM Solar group. They are very helpful and respectful with everything that was needed help on. All the questions we had were answered that were asked. NM Solar Group is a very great company to work with.
They did a fantastic job installing and walking us thru the process, we were informed every step of the way, the electrician, Russel came over and explained system and how it works on outside meter. Ryan Wallace, the owner was helpful and approachable and there for us. Thank you, am enjoying my lower electric bills even with the neighborhood kids camping over and having to wash their bedding, my electric bill was so low, like 45 dollars, am amazed.
My sister and I live in Albuquerque and Troy McGee approached us about solar for our home. He represented a company called "NM Solar Group" which would be this page. I do all my due diligence before doing business with contractors, car dealerships, and other entities. I found his profile page that says he works for Vivent that is in a lawsuit for misleading customers on a solar program. They seem to be misrepresenting themselves.
