The salesman, Elijah Lilley, was excellent. The biggest reason for the Stars. Although young, he knew the product and if he didn't know the answer, he didn't fake it and would get the answer. The install, when it finally happened went well and quick. The installers knew what they were doing. The biggest complaint had was Rudy, the middle man (not sure if actual title).
