I was really happy to see such a cool place here in Rising Sun! The staff were friendly and the gym was immaculate! Impressive!
I love this gym. The staff is amazing. Tony and frank are by far the best trainers and full of knowledge to accommodate your needs no matter what they are. In just a month ive noticed huge changes in my appearance and physical capabilities. Definitely recommend this gym to all my friends and family.
Never thought I would enjoy a gym, but this is a pleasure. NLX is all about the individual, no high pressure sales pitch, no contracts, friendly people of all ages and a relaxed atmosphere.

My husband & I joined gym to get off the sofa at night. I honestly didn't expect to like it as I'm not very athletic but, surprisingly, I'm not dreading going, I actually look forward to it and sharing the time with my husband without cell phones or iPads has been great. We look forward to better health in the time to come. Thanks NLX.
