My trainer did NOT track my progress even at my request then weight shamed me and dismissed me from the program. I was told I made him look bad for not losing weight fast enough and I was compared to others. I hardly call this supportive and positive....then my personal information was exploited on social media. Good riddance to this most unprofessional business EVER!
My second home! Awesome, knowledgeable staff! Non-judgmental atmosphere...and everyone is so supportive of each other, staff and members alike. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Best gym in the area. Clean and the equipment is always well maintained. The friendly staff knowledge is top notch. They can make your fitness goals a reality. Come see for yourself.
People there are kind and nice and there to help. Also a nice place also awesome equipment to handle with.

I love the personal training I get with Frank. He pushes me to do what I am capable of without hurting myself. Plus I am getting to know some new people who workout when I am there.
