Been using this company since April and have been consistently disappointed. They have no showed almost every single month, I get a text or email the night before the appointment so only giving less than 24 hours notice to prepare (I have a dog I need to keep inside so must take time out of work for this) and when they no show it’s a complete waste of time and loss of income. Been using this company for 3 years for regular services. Initially started out great but have become less reliable over the last 12 months. We bought a semi-automated pool cleaner from them. Has broken twice in two years. Last time it broke was 12 months ago and still has not been fixed. Apparently 'waiting for parts' and constantly being told by the service person "I'll found out for you" with no communication back. We asked for a replacement skimmer cover months ago, one still has not been provided. The pool bottom is not... read more
