Long time customer who is not a fan of the recent changes. Feels like the place is slipping away. Started with the small things such as napkins (from regular napkins to now the same ones you find in a bathroom-- stiff and uncomfortable), spoons (from decent quality "frozen yogurt style" to supper thin and cheap), the inside became very "bare" feeling -- no product in the pre-prepared cooler, and general cleanliness slipping. First time here. Excellent açaí bowl portions for the price BUT… 1. Young staff, they don’t listen: I asked for pitaya bowl, they gave me an açaí bowl and didn’t even drizzle with agave as requested. Not even sure now they gave me the right one. It had apples and I don’t like green apples so I wouldn’t have ordered that. 2. They have “protein” smoothies, right? Out of strawberries coconut water, chia layers/pudding, and no mango. Young staff. Looks like the girls just wanted to get out of there. it was almost like they were trying to talk us out of getting something by saying they were out of pretty much everything. This is the second time we had this kind of experience here. Won’t be back to this location in Valrico/Lithia Pinecrest. Too bad, I like their product.
