My experience with the office has been horrible. I scheduled an appointment twice for my daughter to be seen. And both times I received notification two hours before her scheduled appointment that the doctor is not available. There were no attempts from the office to call before the day of the appointment. In my attempts to support a black female pediatrician, has been an inconvenience. Both times I called off work and took my daughter out of school. I am very disappointed.
