Nick was extremely kind, courteous and far exceeded my expectations. If I could give 6 stars, I would! He helped to close on a house for me with quite a few obstacles, and went above and beyond to address those issues quickly, keeping us informed at all times, and the process moving along quickly. He alleviated much stress. I highly recommend him.
Nick is a professional real estate agent, and he is very proactive and tenacious in getting the transaction done. I like working with an agent with similar commonalities as the transaction goes smoothly! I am not sure why the other person mentioned that Nick was rude, but I never got that notion from Nick as he was kind, cordial and very nice actually!
Completely rude and vulgar. Would not do business with Nick Chargin EVER. Has absolutely no regard for anyone and no respect. Not sure what made you so cold but you won't go far treating people like garbage.
