In town visiting family. Did a quick drop in for a wod. Excellent facility and very friendly athletes. Quick update: In town again for a conference after visiting a few years back. Again a great experience. Great atmosphere and great facility. One of the bigger boxes with lots of room and equipment.
Great coaching, fun tight knit community! Came from a gym in Illinois, and was quickly welcomed in at NKC!
