Don, the owner of NKC CrossFit, graciously welcomed my wife and I for a short-term membership while our school gym was closed down. The programming is well-done and classic CrossFit. They tend to prioritize short to medium length WODs with strength sessions every day. The coaches are kind and welcoming to all. I would recommend NKC CrossFit to anyone in the NKC area!
Great atmosphere with great athletes, great coaching and a great community!
Me and my husband are coming up to KC for the weekend. Found NKC Crossfit not even 5 minutes from where we are staying. Would have wanted to drop in, but it's $25 just to drop in. I'm not about to pay $50 just to visit and get 1 workout in. Disappointed in the drop in cost, because it looks like a great box.
Great atmosphere and work out- appreciate the coaching!
The daily workout schedule is motivating. The trainers are diligent in form and technique and full of personality.
