I have been renting through NJS for 2 years and they are a great company to rent from. The application process was fast and easy. Any time something is wrong they are quick to send someone to fix it. The people at the office are always nice and accommodating Update- Just moved out after 4 years and still no complaints! The moving out process was easy and fast. I love them! I have worked with at least a dozen different property management companies in different areas over the years. Some are horrible, most are decent, but very few are fantastic… This is one of the fantastic ones. They are so personable and I really appreciate that their staff really cares. I am even highly considering Exchanging some of my properties so that I could have rentals in their area just so that they can manage it for me because they are that awesome and easy to work with.
I have been living in a home managed by NJS Realty since April of this year. The reason why Im in this home is because of the incredible treatmentcI received by all the staff from day one. I previously rented a home that was managed by a horrible group that I had to fight to get anything done. It is not the case with NJS. They treat me almost like im part of the family and always address me with respect and integrity. I can’t say enough good things about this team! As an out-of-state property owner, I was so fortunate to be introduced to such a reliable and professional group. Jason and Jennifer were especially fantastic—they really know the Tampa area and provided honest, thoughtful advice every step of the way. They managed my rental with great care, and when it came time to sell, they did a great job handling the process as well. The rest of the team was also wonderful to work with.
