This is my first time dealing with a property management company, I usually deal directly with the owners. but I must say, thus far I'm not disappointed. miss Lynn over maintenance is very attentive. stays on top of things Miss Carissa, she's very sweet,made the Whole Rental process very easy and smooth. Most obliged!
Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Pretty much took half our deposit so they could replace the pool sceens that were damaged from the hurricane 2 years ago, after me put in multiple notices that it needed to be fixed. Many many many other reason I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
We have been with NJS Realty since January 2026 and we have had nothing but Great things happen with this company, Even when the house needed things fixed they were right on top of it !! Carissa is so Sweet , Kind and Welcoming and made the Moving process easy / Lynn who takes care of the Maintenance side , is always on top of things and if something goes wrong in the house or breaks She takes care of it and gas the Maintenance Team here right away . I have been renting through NJS for 2 years and they are a great company to rent from. The application process was fast and easy. Any time something is wrong they are quick to send someone to fix it. The people at the office are always nice and accommodating Update- Just moved out after 4 years and still no complaints! The moving out process was easy and fast. I love them! I have worked with at least a dozen different property management companies in different areas over the years. Some are horrible, most are decent, but very few are fantastic… This is one of the fantastic ones. They are so personable and I really appreciate that their staff really cares. I am even highly considering Exchanging some of my properties so that I could have rentals in their area just so that they can manage it for me because they are that awesome and easy to work with.
