Sublime experience (s). If you're trans definitely pick somewhere else to go I use he and they pronouns it's in my chart and the eye Dr kept calling me she and her corrected itself once and then proceeded to call me she and they again then won't even tell me where I'm supposed to be going for some kind of laser treatment thing won't refill scripts like others have said and made me feel like I was a problem child bc I struggle with holding my eyes all the way open and struggle with needle phobia and they flashed the needle right in front of my eye s... read more

I arrived @approxiimently 2:hours early. The Nurse in charge was suggesting for me to leave bc I was early and she has 70 patients and since I was early and I had to wait until all the other patients were seen and I did the whole time yelling at me in front of all of the other patients.I felt small bc she only yelled at me I paid 25 dollars in a taxi to get there I was glad I wasn't late .It was not my fault they overbooked the waiting was bearable the yelling wasn't. I was asked to go to NJ Retina by my (former) eye doctor in Hackensack last year. Went in had my retina checked and were told they were okay in under an hour. So I followed up my annual exam now living in Monmouth County at their Eatontown location today at 10AM and after being in that waiting room for over 1.5 hours I left at 11:38AM while still waiting to be seen. Horrible horrible horrendous front desk staff. The women kept putting me on hold and kept questioning why I was calling. GSR in shrewsbury not one issue never on hold. Call them instead!!!
