Very, very thankful for Sharon!! She gives a completed personailzed experience, and I loved the entire process of engagement ring designing. She had great appointment availability, educated us on every small detail concerning the band and the stone, and collaborated amazingly with my fianc to ensure I would get the perfect ring. Would recommend her to anyone!!

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Sharon on two occasions now pertaining to resizing jewelry (once after major weight loss, and a second time after purchasing a new ring) and she has been so wonderful! She is very pleasant and displays excellent customer service. She is incredibly personable and we love working with her. I highly recommend for her anyone in the area- and I’m sure we will be back!
Amazing customer service and beautiful jewelry items! One on one attention given is beyond what other big box stores can do. My order came fast. Highly recommended!!
Sharon is fantastic. She has helped me with several pieces of jewelry- restoring, changing, fixing, adding- always extremely pleased with her work. Definitely try NJoyJewlers!
