The staff is always pleasant and I enjoy that Dr. Udochi knows all of her patients by name and greets us with a smile!
Dr. UDOCHI is an absolutely awesome Doctor. Meeting has changed my life! She's very detailed and thorough. Very very good doctor who pays attention to every symptom and follow up. She's friendly funny and her staff are very professional. She treats you like family and the environment is very welcoming.
These people are rude and spiteful. My insurance said that they were holding up my prescription because they haven't completed what they needed to for a pre authorization. I was told by an associate in the Dr. office that it'd be done by 12 pm and it was not. So I called them back and the lady said that if I didn't like it then don't come back. I've never had a worse experience than the one I have had with this practice.
I walk in the office today and I love my doctors office. . Having to sign into a machine a computer is very none personal with your patients. The office has always been very personal with the patients (hands on) this has a feel of take a number have a set. I give it 1 star for that machine but give it a 5 star for dr udochi and only dr udochi because she’s and awesome doctor and her nurses are the best. Waited for hours to be seen. Staff are rude and discourteous.
My experience at this practice was horrible. In order to schedule my first appointment, I had great difficulty understanding her foreign staff. At my first appointment, I waited over an hour after checking in before anyone knew I was there. Dr. Udochi was brash, rude and unwilling to do anything but treat me like a number! When I shared my concerns, she yelled at me and mocked me, even though she was wrong. Even though I pay $600 a mo. for insurance it cost $500! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Dr. Udochi is warm but her office is chaotic and not well organized. It feels like some version of a health farm with an emphasis on doing too much with nothing done too well. The Labcorp facility on site is a mess with several samples always commingled. Her NP just needs to put on her big girl pants and concentrate on care. It's just a big mess
I have been coming to see Dr Udochi for over 10 years now and she is the best
I do not recommend this doctor. She is rude and harsh.
