Terrible customer service: This company is a logistics company in the Dominican Republic that works with Pobe, who is our carrier. We asked for a receipt after the transaction, but MR. Jose Tejada refused to write or type a receipt; he said that he wouldn't stop his duties only to write a receipt for us.
