Chris Dunn, is the shady used car salesman of agents! He'll say anything for a buck. We liked an apt that needed a few fixes prior to move-in. He said that the landlord knew and would address the issues prior to move-in; he even reconfirmed this multiple times when we followed up. On move-in we found out the truth: the landlord didn't know about the issues, Chris Dunn did nothing and wasn't even competent enough to acquire the full set of keys.
