He was awesome with my daughter! He made me feel comfortable enough to go in for myself being a big chicken, He took great care of my new crown. I just left after a cleaning and the girl who did it was caring and gentle. No cavities. yay!! Truly a wonderful staff and a great dentist.
I have been seeing Dr. Nacastro for years. He is a true professional. Caring & kind and always puts his patients care first. The office staff & dental hygienists are amazing. I have had many procedures, and never have I worried or been in unnecessary pain. Anytime I have needed care in an emergency, they accommodated me. I can’t say enough great things. If you are looking for a great dentist, look no further!
This industry ir not really a star rating.......to me a dentist is either good or bad, pass or fail. We came to LI in 2004 and bounced around to about 6 or more dentists for adults and 3 children. What a disaster!! The Nicastro Drs. were awesome! Others need to tell you they are skilled and "gentle"......well sadly they were not and NJ Nicastro Dental in fact actually WAS the real deal.been taking the whole family there now for over a decade!!!!!
Hadn't been to a dentist for over 25 years so was really going into the unknown. Dr.Nick and his staff were warm, welcoming and walked me through and explained everything they were doing. Exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. I'm now a regular and very happy customer �

I have been a patient here for almost 15 years. This is a top notch professional office. I've always been very happy with work by Dr Nicastro Jr and Dr Falpo. I wish all Dr offices were this good. I also want to mention the wonderful staff. It truly makes the dental experience as pleasant as can be.
