Not only did I have such a lovely first-time experience, my hair looks and feels so wonderful. I’ve been looking FOREVER for someone I can trust with my hair near where I live, and I finally found her. My silk press was quick, and with my trim feels light and has so much movement. I’ll be here every month.

You wanted to support a Black-owned salon and booked a same-day silk press appointment after calling for availability. Although you were initially told 5pm, your appointment was pushed to 6pm, and you still had to wait when you arrived. During the service, the stylist washed your hair only once and added a deep conditioner without your clear consent after you had only asked about the price. My visit to NJ Hair Studio & Spa was fantastic! The environment was friendly and welcoming as soon as I came in. I would especially like to draw attention to Saleemah, whose professionalism and attention to detail really make her stand out.
