Gina at NJ Bergen Florist went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was perfect for my event. She was not only wonderful to work with, warm, patient, and knowledgeable, but she also took the time to personally give me a little tutorial on how to assemble my own centerpieces. That extra effort saved me a ton of money and gave me the confidence to create something beautiful for my mom's surprise 70th birthday party. I’m very disappointed with my experience at NJ Bergen Florist at Lyndhurst. I placed an order on Friday for three elaborate funeral sprays, totaling over $400, to be delivered to a wake on Sunday. I was reassured multiple times that the flowers would arrive by 11:00 AM. However, by 2:00 PM - well into the service - they still had not been delivered.
