Niya is very professional and runs her agency that way as well. Some agencies send mass emails out to everyone and just have their models respond if interested. Some agencies also charge ridiculous fees for required modeling classes . Niya management does not do any of this. Niya Management is constantly looking for jobs for their models to book individually. No mass emails, or required classes for the agency to make money on.
