When I joined NIYA I had a goal to become SAG eligible within a year, and was shocked and elated to find that through the frequent stream of auditions and occasional workshops I participated in, I was able to get my SAG within 4-5 months of joining the agency! As an individual represented by Niya, I can tell you that there are more than enough opportunities to audition and to be cast in a variety of things. I saw a negative review about payment. I can tell you in one commercial I was cast in, I was paid on the spot by the agency shooting the commercial (typically not the case), however, no complaints here!!!
