Beautifully put together tacos and artfully crafted salsas. Not your run-of-the-mill place. (Ask for the spicy salsa behind the counter).
Can't get enough Of these tacos. I live in Sac and the drive is 100% worth it. My favorites are the chicharrón sope, chichadilla and now the elote! It seriously took me back to Mexico! So yummy!! Also, the owners are so nice and the staff is great! They also have coloring stuff so it's great for little kids too!
We love this taco joint so much we make the drive from Sacramento when we have a particular hankering for really damn good tacos. They're worth every penny. On our visit last night, it was exciting to see that they have the legendary corn tortillas available for purchase, one dozen for $4. We were also pleased to see that they've won the SN&R 2016 Best New Restaurant title, and the SN&R 2016 Third Place for Best Tacos!!! Please stop by and give them a try. I had the combination tacos. They're so delicious
Very unique style. I will be going again.....and.....again. Food and service were great.
Very accommodating and friendly service. The manager was helpful and took the time to talk with guests. Portion sizes are a little misleading because the meals may look small, however they really pack on the meat, so you're sure to leave full of good food. The ground pork tacos were especially delicious. The refried beans tasted a bit odd, but not necessarily bad, just different. This isn't your usual mainstream mexican food, and that's a good thing. I hope to return at some point.
Great staff, great location!! The food is excellent, they are super friendly and they have local craft brew!! Can't get enough of this place!!
