Absolutely the worst experience—STAY AWAY! If I could give zero stars, I would. Nixon Heating Air Conditioning operates with zero transparency, terrible communication, and a complete lack of respect for their customers. First, they promised same-day service for an urgent issue. We used Nixon’s Heating and Air Conditioning for installing a new bathroom toilet and for replacing the 30 year old gas forced air heater in our home. They were wonderfully professional and very helpful. All were very nice and respectful people that I felt comfortable having in our home. Extremely happy with all the jobs they have done for us. Highly recommend this company.
The person who answers the phone is so rude. Horrible. Would not recommend. Look elsewhere.
I was referred by another plumber that said that these guys were honest and knowledgable. I spoke with Justin and they bent over backwards to get me help. I highly recommend.
Morning New Year’s Eve my heater stopped working. Called Nixon Heating spoke to Wendy she is very nice and helpful, explained my heater stopped working and it’s my only source of heat. She told me she will fit me in the schedule. Javier technician came out and fixed the problem, he was courteous and respectful and explained everything he was doing, not to mention the price was very reasonable.
