Bob at Nixa plumbing installed the plumbing at the house we bought. Overall, he seems to have done a fine job, except for one valve that controls the water line for our fridge. We found what we thought was a minor leak and called him on a Saturday. He said he'd be out of town for a funeral, and wouldn't be able to make a service call until Wednesday, which is entirely understandable.
