The place was crawling with roaches with babies in the cabinets, the lady sprayed like 3 minutes before I got there. She also kept changing the price then wanted to sign electric into my name before even looking at the lease. She lied saying someone else wanted it before me and to hurry with a deposit then I changed my mind on moving in on the 14th to the 1st and then backed out saying “forget it all, I’ll look for another tenant”
