I recently had a fantastic experience at Top Line Automotive with Scott and Jody. They are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, with no pressure to buy. I highly recommend Top Line Automotive for anyone in the market for a used car! Also they beat all the prices around town!
The owner completely misrepresented the vehicle. Even after me requesting information on ANY damage on the vehicle before making a 4 hour round trip. When I arrived and asked why he didn’t tell me he said it’s not a new car what do you expect. I work at a car lot and we would absolutely never let this happen. Can not stress enough DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Seller did not disclose the amount of rust on this car even though I asked. Sent me a picture of the bottom of the truck look like a spray on undercoating. When I actually got it home got underneath it. It’s a complete rust bucket. What a liar. Also was told the brakes were inspected actually the whole car was inspected. Spent 12 hours replacing every single brakei component.! The wheels had not even been off. Went to test drive a truck and it was not mechanically sound. Was told the tires make a noise and it was obviously the transmission. Any thing you buy from here I would test drive to O'Reillys and get the codes read to actually know what the problems are.
Scott and Jody are salt of the earth people. Very friendly, I would highly recommend to anyone locally to go check them out!
