I had my scooter serviced 3 months ago. They said It took about a week, but now the store is closed. I'm frustrated with where to find my scooter and where to get a compensation. Crazy guys,,
BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy anything from this "company"! You're risking being robbed and losing all your money. I canceled a purchase 4 days before delivery and the company did not give me a refund! They stole my money! $5900 dollars! I had to make a dispute with my bank. My bank is now trying to get my money back.
Don't come here unless you call and get confirmation that they are open! I love my Niu Scooter so I was very excited to visit the store while in LA. Went at 1130 on a Friday and they were closed (when it says on their website they should be open). I tried calling and got no response. Thought they were maybe in lunch break, so I went back a little later and they were still closed. After looking at previous reviews this appears to be a trend. I'm posting this so others will know not to spend their time and money to come here.
Seems they are never open. I've driven 120 miles round trip twice to this location (6/3 at 5pm and 6/9 at 12pm) to be met with a "sorry we're closed" sign that doesn't look like it's been moved at all, called multiple times only to reach their voicemail, and sent an email more than a month ago with no response. I wanted to get a tire replacement done on my KQi3 scooter cus they're a huge pain to do, but ended up having to remove the wheels myself and taking them to a local bike shop to finish the job.
DO NOT ORDER FROM NIU. They promised tracking and shipment with 48 hrs. Then switched to 72 hrs. Cancellation policy states customer can cancel prior to shipment. Once I requested cancellation prior to tracking or shipment 6 days after the order was placed, the company generated a tracking sticker to avoid full refund. Impossible to get a hold of and zero customer service response. They will not even give me their formal complaint department FRAUD!!!
