I just spent my birthday there yesterday. My mother is in a wheelchair and they opened the door for us. Our waitress was awesome and accommodated our every request. An employee even wheeled my mom back to our table from the bathroom. Food was amazing as always. Banana Foster shake was to die for! I spend my birthday here every year and will continue that tradition!
Went in for my birthday lunch today and we we left disappointed! I had gone to the bar for my birthday mug and drink while my husband waited for a server. The bartender was super sweet and friendly! We had been seated for a half hour and had 3 servers that passed by our table, which none of them stopped to ask for drinks or anything!! 2 tables that had been seated after us had been attended to for drinks and their food order which 1 had gotten their appetizer and 2 other tables had received their food while we had been waiti... read more

Great food good service but a little pricey.......
This was our first time at any Nitty Gritty location and we received excellent service from Jaylen for the entirety of our experience. The outdoor seating area was a perfect spot to watch the packer game with ample amount of setting and TVs. We will definitely be back given the chance!

Service not so great, they were all hiding and goofing around. Bartenders were drinking. Food was pretty good and the place looks nice, and lots of tv's.
