We had excellent service! No complaints! Burgers were great and fries and chips were great
Amazing service and the grass fed beef was absolutely amazing and I really wish you would bottle the gritty sauce! If I could go higher than 5 stars I would. Nitty gritty is my only go to burger place from now on
I see that there are a lot of people commenting on how bad their service was on this forum. I just hope that these same people tell someone so that they can improve service. It's one thing to have bad service but then say something instead if bashing them on here. I have been to The Nitty-gritty for the last 5 years on my birthday and my wife's birthday and my daughter's birthday and my son's birthday and now my mother in law's birthday. Second time I went there for a large birthday party. Same results terrible service. Our table had three different waiters trying to just take our drink orders. Then we waited 15 minutes just to get our drinks. The first table had ordered and received their food before the other two tables had even ordered. Finally received our food an half an hour later. We ordered Nachos which were cold and soggy when we got them Just a terrible experience all around.

The biggest negative was parking! ! That was horrible. I loved my burger and it was cooked to perfection which is hard to find.
