A jip for money at the end of the year. You can’t even live there past the first week of may, and can’t move in until late August, but still need to pay FULL rent plus utilities that you didn’t even use. You can clean every inch of your apartment at the end of the year and they’ll charge you and your roommates hundreds of dollars each for “cleaning” the apartment that was already clean.
I think Nittany Pointe is the best housing option if you’re going to Penn State Altoona. Their apartments include all the needed appliances making it easy for everyday chores. Their staff is very nice and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. What I find best is the amount of space you have. You get your own room while also having a large area to hangout with your roommates and friends. I’ve enjoyed staying at Nittany Pointe and would suggest it to anyone.
My daughter has been a resident for 2 years. Her apartment is awesome. Very spacious and well laid out. The common room is very appealing with a nice wrap around couch and gas fireplace. Weight room, pool,hot tub and tanning bed are perks as well. Staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Very accessible to campus.
My daughter had a smooth and easy move in experience. The office does a great job matching roommate’s with preferences. Couldn’t be happier!
