I love living at Nittany Pointe Altoona! It is a great apartment complex and my landlords are very understanding and fair. They ensure that the property is clean and safe for all tenants living here! I completely recommend for all students to live here because it will be the best housing decision you could make here in Altoona!

A jip for money at the end of the year. You can’t even live there past the first week of may, and can’t move in until late August, but still need to pay FULL rent plus utilities that you didn’t even use. You can clean every inch of your apartment at the end of the year and they’ll charge you and your roommates hundreds of dollars each for “cleaning” the apartment that was already clean.

I think Nittany Pointe is the best housing option if you’re going to Penn State Altoona. Their apartments include all the needed appliances making it easy for everyday chores. Their staff is very nice and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. What I find best is the amount of space you have. You get your own room while also having a large area to hangout with your roommates and friends. I’ve enjoyed staying at Nittany Pointe and would suggest it to anyone.
