Apartment already came a dump but still got barely any security deposit back when we cleaned to our best ability and kept it up to code. Only reason this is two stars is because of the fun times we had here besides that place is a dump.
Overlooked some wear and tear over location to campus. Move in parents spent hours cleaning only to get hit with a 400 dollar cleaning fee on movie out . The pot holes in driveway best up car I have photos of move in condition will upload soon New ownership tryin for a money grab!! We had the upgraded apartment with only carpet in bedrooms and claimed they had to clean then all!!! That would be a first my daughter hand cleaned and scrubbed her carpet for the first month she lived there
Overall, this was a great living experience (way better than the dorms). I think my favorite part about living at Elevate is having a kitchen where I can cook whatever I feel like eating. Also management and maintenance are great people. They genuinely want to help residents as much as possible. I would definitely recommend Elevate Altoona to any student that goes to Penn State Altoona!!
I've been living at Elevate Altoona for 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The complex is not only affordable but also incredibly safe, which gives me peace of mind every day. The community is welcoming, and the amenities are top-notch, making it a perfect place for students. If you're looking for a comfortable and secure student housing option, Elevate Altoona is definitely the way to go!
I’ve lived here for about a year and a half, and I genuinely enjoy calling this community home. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been extremely polite and pleasant, which makes a big difference day to day. The staff and buildings and grounds team is always professional, courteous, responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I’ve also really enjoyed the community events.
