Went out with bleeding finger nail, poor customer service, worst experience I ever had in a spa. The staff who attended me is in a hurry she thought it is a cuticle that she cut, but it is my nail, instead of apologizing she said why you did not tell me that it is a nail? Said it is normal to have a bleeding nail in a spa. I can not handle the way she treat me, I just pay and walk out. She is using her cellphone while I am in front of her. Please don’t come here , waste of money and time.

my nails were so uneven and one broke already and i just got them done friday.. it’s been 2 days. they told me it was $25 when i got there but when they were done it was $45. they don’t look good at all.
