I have been suffering from Central serous Chorioretinopathy. I was seeing another retina specialist that has done nothing for me. Although there is no approved treatment for this disease, Dr. Gupta has gone above and beyond to help me. My case is severe and out of the ordinary. It's bilateral recurrent and very complex. While attempting to provide information to the front desk staff, my mother, was treated so rudely that we canceled her appointment. I am amazed that a facility which is designated to help people could provide such appallingly low standard of customer service.
