A few years ago I took my son here when he was super congested and really sick I was told everything was fine and he passed his covid , strep, flu and all things they tested for and his ears looked fine and then next day we were in the hospital because somehow they missed the double ear infection and he had covid flu and many other virus and we needed to stay in hospital. Tried to take my boyfriend in for a head cold (stuffy nose, ears popping, headache, chest hurting due to trying to cough up mucus) and one of the staff that was behind the wall of the counter (that we never even saw)heard chest hurting and turned him away because they couldn't do chest X-rays?? Now we are both sick because you didn't triage him thoroughly. How disappointing
