A few major issues with this company: 1. I paid the deposit but then our total fee was covered by a different member of our party- instead of refunding my deposit they double charged me. After weeks of calling (sometimes reaching them, sometimes not) I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. Requests to speak with management or their accounting department were denied. 2. I'm so grateful for Angela and all of her help coordinating transportation for our wedding. I used Nite Trane yesterday for a surprise wine tour for my mom’s 70th birthday! We got a stretch limo that seats 10 and we had 9 people and coolers and for comfortably in there!
