Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness We purchased three Red Oak trees from Nistler that were planted on 12/26/21. The trees were to be guaranteed for a year. Two of the trees lived and one died. We made several attempts to call and they stopped answering the phone. Then we started communicating via text. They kept promising to come and replace the tree and to date, nothing. My personal recommendation - BEWARE!
