Avoid. Dusty, moldy office. They scheduled a cleaning for me, handed me an appointment card with the date and time written on it. I show up the day of appointment, receptionist tells me there's no appointment. I show her my appointment card, she acknowledges that is the other receptionist's handwriting. The other receptionist is sitting right behind her. No apologies from either women. Simply tells me to come back tomorrow... complete disregard for people's time. I will not be going back. They put up with me as I was in a bad spot with prior dentist.Showed decency and compassion. Staff is hard working and seem very much a team. Which is nice to see...Green light.
Nista went from average to one of the worst offices in the area. Completely incompetent staff. These griffters rescheduled my cleanings for 2 years then called and told me they stopped taking my insurance 5 months ago, the day before an appointment they already rescheduled twice robbing me of my ability to utilize my insurance benefits for 48 months! Go somewhere else. This place is ghetto dentistry at its cheapest.
I have been going to Nista for probably close to 10 years now. He is by far the best. I've had some terrible experiences with other dentist's in the past who tell me I need something done that is not necessary, just to get the money. Nista is very down to earth, sympathetic, honest, and only does what needs to be done. He has a lot of experience and I've never had any issues with his work. Staff is nice. The office is a bit outdated and there's been some issues a couple of times with the Hygienist's that have been there but ... read more
