Only been going here for the past month or so however it’s been a great experience so far. Staff are friendly and the dentist himself, J.Nista very nice and knowledgeable. Office outdated but still a good environment

The Dentist himself is GREAT. 10/10. Very gentle and attentive to my anxieties surrounding past experiences at the dentist. However, the scheduling here is very chaotic and unfair. I had an appointment scheduled 6 months in advance, and they called me two days prior to cancel it. I then rescheduled it another 5 months in advance. They called me the day before and left a voicemail saying if I don't call back within 1 hour, my appointment will be cancelled. Avoid. Dusty, moldy office. They scheduled a cleaning for me, handed me an appointment card with the date and time written on it. I show up the day of appointment, receptionist tells me there's no appointment. I show her my appointment card, she acknowledges that is the other receptionist's handwriting. The other receptionist is sitting right behind her. No apologies from either women. Simply tells me to come back tomorrow... complete disregard for people's time. I will not be going back. They put up with me as I was in a bad spot with prior dentist.Showed decency and compassion. Staff is hard working and seem very much a team. Which is nice to see...Green light.
